On March 16, the Ministry of Commerce held a regular press conference. Shu Jueting, spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce, introduced at the meeting that the 133rd Canton Fair will resume offline.
Shu Jueting pointed out that the Canton Fair is an important window for my country's opening up to the outside world and an important platform for foreign trade, as well as an important channel for enterprises to explore the international market. The holding of previous Canton Fairs has attracted extensive attention from the global business community and all walks of life. Since 2020, the Ministry of Commerce has innovated and held the Canton Fair online for six consecutive sessions, which has played a positive role in smoothing the foreign trade industrial chain and supply chain and stabilizing the basic market of foreign investment.
Shu Jueting said that starting from this year's Spring Fair, the Canton Fair will resume offline exhibitions in an all-round way. The 133rd Canton Fair will be held in Guangzhou in three phases from April 15 to May 5. At the same time, the online platform is regularly operated to provide exhibitors with 24/7 online services.
According to Shu Jueting, the 133rd Canton Fair will use the newly completed exhibition hall for the first time, and the exhibition area will be expanded from 1.18 million square meters in the past to 1.5 million square meters, and the scale will hit a new high. A total of 54 professional exhibition areas have been set up, with more than 30,000 offline exhibitors, and more than 5,000 high-quality enterprises with titles such as manufacturing individual champions and national high-tech enterprises. The quality of exhibitions has been continuously improved. All eligible companies are allowed to participate online, and the number of companies exceeds 35,000, and the number of beneficiary companies continues to expand.
At that time, Yutian County Xiangtai Metal Products Co., Ltd. will participate in the 133rd Canton Fair.
